For your default password, please remove any spaces, symbols, or special characters from your last name. If it contains non-English characters, kindly replace them with their standard English equivalents before logging in.

How to change your password in a few easy steps. 1. Login to your account.
2. Expand "User Management" and click "Change Password".
3. Enter your "Default" or "Current Password".
4. A verification code will be sent to your registered email.
5. Enter the verification code and set your new password.
